We are an open, interdisciplinary group of scholars interested in researching video games and gamification strategies to solve problems in a variety of content domains (e.g., military, ethics, healthcare, education) and studying the impact and efficiency of these technologies in diverse contexts.

We meet every 2-3 weeks, share insights, set goals, and encourage each other. At each meeting, a different member takes notes. In the spirit of gaming, we try to make our meeting notes playful and interesting to read. Click on the Meetings tab and see for yourself!

We are also affiliated with the Games Research Lab, which is down the hall from the main conference room where we usually meet.
